The new generation mobile impactor plant
Utilising 20 years of experience with the original Lokotrack mobile crushing concept, Metso Minerals is now launching an entirely new generation of mobile impactor plant, in the Lokotrack LT1315. The LT1315 combines constant high crushing capacity, a wide range of process options, and excellent operator-friendliness with the newest dust and noise reduction options.
The Lokotrack LT1315 impactor plant is designed to meet the challenges
of todays most demanding quarrying and in-pit crushing applications.
With a capacity range of +600 tph, easy transport, and quick set-up, it
is an excellent choice for any single or multistage mobile primary and secondary
crushing process.
Powerful NP1315M impact crusher
The LT1315 is built around the powerful, proven Nordberg NP1315M impact
crusher, which can crush medium hard rock types like limestone as well as
all rock-based recycled materials. The NP1315M features a large feed opening
to avoid bridging, a unique triple-wedge hammer retention system for simple
and
quick locking of wedges, and heavy-duty construction for a long and reliable
service life.
Two feeder and a screen options
To meet your exact application requirements, the Lokotrack LT1315 can be equipped optionally with a pan feeder/scalper or with a roller grizzly. As option, a detachable two-deck screen module with a recirculating product conveyor can be obtained.
For the greatest possible operator-friendliness, the unit is equipped with one-button process start-up as well as a complete crushing process control and fault diagnostics system incorporating the new IC700 intelligent controller.
Lokotrack LT1315 has a typical capacity range of +600 mtph (+660 stph).
